Terms and conditions

  • All cats must arrive with a valid and up to date vaccination certificate. Vaccinations and Boosters must be completed at least four weeks before arrival.
  • It is recommended that your cat is up to date with flea and wormer treatments. If your cat shows signs of fleas or worms it will be treated by me and the cost will be added to your invoice.
  • I am happy to administer all medications being taken by your cat whilst in my care, including treatment by injection. Please make sure to provide labelled containers stating your cats name and dosage instructions.
  • Cats collected by 10am will not be charged for that day.
  • While every care is given to all boarded cats, they are boarded at the owners risk. Please make an appointment to view the Cattery if you have any questions or concerns about how I accommodate my guests.
  • The proprietors have permission to make permanent re-homing arrangements, at their discretion, for animals not collected within 14 days of the check out date, having received no communication from their owner, or for animals with more than 45 days outstanding boarding fees.
  • Delivery and collection of cats outside of the opening hours will not be accepted unless agreed in advance. Out of hours collection and drop offs can be arranged, subject to availability, at a cost of £25.00.
  • All data collected on Booking Forms is stored securely and for administration purposes only.
  • Bedding is provided but your cat may settle quicker with something of its own, or yours, from home.
  • Should your cat show signs of illness and need veterinary attention, I will contact your specified vets. Any fees incurred will be charged to the owner. There are 2 separate isolation units in the cattery where I can look after poorly cats safely and away from risk of infection to others.
  • Male cats of six months or older must be neutered before they can board.
  • For owners of more than one cat; I agree that you may separate my cats if they are not getting along.

“ Our 5.5 month old Bengal Kitten “Olly Furs” stayed at the chattery and he was very well looked after and when we collected him I could tell that he was very happy. Kirsty sent us regular pictures showing him having his adventure. He was also able to spend some time outside his home to safely run in the large Communial area which he loved as he could run around and have his crazy time, as he does at home, and burn off some energy. It was the first time I’ve ever used a cattery and although it was a bit of a drive I’m very pleased and the Dorset cattery will be my first choice next time I need the service. ”
